Ethics and Compliance Program

In order to ensure that all GMD employees incorporate integrity — one of our core values — and ethical practices into their work lives, they must satisfactorily complete the GMD Ethics and Compliance Workshop, which covers the following topics:

• Reinforce our values with particular emphasis on the importance of ethics and integrity, which are the backbone of our processes and conduct both inside and outside of our organization.
• Reinforce our position to refuse to participate in projects that lack transparency.
• Foster integrity in all aspects of social life through our employees.
• Be aware of how the rest of the world perceives corruption in Mexico and tell a different story with our actions.
• Reflect on the distinctive difference between integrity and honesty.
• Provide a space for employees to discuss values that do not represent us or undesired work situations.

At the end of the workshop, each employee receives a notebook with the following information:

The Ethics and Compliance Committee review all communication media made up of the following executives:

• Chief Executive Officer
• Chief Operations Officer
• Director of Finance and Administration
• Director of Human Capital
• Director of Legal Affairs
• Director of Business Development
• Director of Energy and Ports
• Director of Information Technology

Employees can be sure that their information will be reviewed and addressed. All complaints are confidential, and employees are guaranteed that their claims will be addressed as soon as possible.

All company employees must take this workshop as part of their onboarding process, thus ensuring that our new talent is aware of our stand against dishonesty and corruption and practice the GMD philosophy.
