DHC holds the concession and operates the potable water, sewage, and wastewater sanitation services in the municipalities of Benito Juárez (Cancun), Isla Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and Solidaridad (Playa del Carmen) in Mexico.

It currently serves a population of over 1.4 million in one of the fastest growing regions in the country (for the past 20 years), delivering over 14 billion gallons of potable water per year.

DHC has a 95.6% of collection efficiency vs. 40% of the average water utilities in the country.
